Yes, from somewhere else on the internet. Ha! We kid. Please don’t do that. Stay right here. If you don’t see what you need, give us a shout at 855-533-3873. We have ways of finding stuff. And then selling it.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Corporate Net 30 options are also available if you ask nicely by calling 855-533-3873. Tom in Accounting says we can no longer accept rib-eye steaks as payment. Thanks, Tom.

When will my product(s) arrive?

Seriously, when will my product(s) arrive?
Orders are processed for shipment Mon - Fri up to 3pm CST. All orders placed before 3pm CST are routinely shipped the same day. All orders received after that time or on weekends will be processed for shipment on the next business day. For more information visit our lovely Shipping Information page. Also, change CST to CDT if you’ve sprung forward.

What are the Terms of Sale?
Prices and item specifications are subject to change without notice. Sometimes we don’t even notice. All orders are subject to acceptance by Fireracker. We will make every effort to ship your order in its entirety. However, if for some reason we are unable to do so, a customer service representative will contact you before we split your order into 18 tiny boxes.

How can I get my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be automatically emailed to you when your product(s) ship(s). If you have a registered account with us, the number will also be listed on your account page. If for some reason you cannot retrieve your tracking number, please call us at 855-533-3873. Also, please check your junk email and/or spam filters as there are times that our attempts to provide you with the tracking information are intercepted. By whom? By The Man, of course.

Do you ship internationally?
No, sorry.  At this time we do not ship internationally.

Do you have my item in stock?
Stock status can be found on individual product pages under Inventory. Products are listed as either “in stock” or with a link for you to “inquire” about it. If you opt to inquire (it’s quite exciting, we must say), a Fireracker sales representative will get back to you within 24 hours.

Can I trust your technical resources that visit on-site?
All Fireracker-provided techs have been background checked, drug tested, given the old once-over and have all their applicable certifications certified to be current. So, yes.

When can I get a tech on-site?
We can be on-site the next business day if you contact us before 3pm Central Time. In many cases – possibly even yours – we can be there today. Call us at 855-533-3873 to see if we can make the magic happen.

Do you sell any of my info for fun or profit?

What if it was for a lot of profit?
Still no. Fireracker does not sell or distribute any information you provide. Not your email, not your phone number, not your Tinder account. For more info, see our Privacy Policy.

Do you charge sales tax?
It depends on where your items are being shipped. So, if the law in your state requires us to collect sales tax, we do. If not, we don’t. If you are a Tax Exempt organization, you must provide us with your Tax Exempt Certificate prior to purchase. We will verify your status so all future orders will not be taxed. Confused? We don’t blame you. Call us at 855-533-3873 and we’ll figure it out.
